Title: Crock Pot Ranch Potatoes

2	lb	Small red potatoes-quartered
8	oz	Cream cheese, softened
1		Envelope buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
10 3/4	oz	Can condensed cream of
		Potato OR celery soup

Place potatoes in a 3 1/2 quart crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the other ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Cover and cook at a low setting for 7 to 9 hours. Stir to blend just before serving.
